terms and conditions

1. Our benches carry a  guarantee of 5 years which covers wood rot, mould and termite infestation.
   The guarantee does not cover general wear and tear or damages arising from misuse.

2. Our lead time is approximately 2 – 3 weeks. However, lead time is dependant on prevailing circumstances and
   may be subject to variation due to our suppliers’ deliveries.

3. Benches are delivered  partially assembled and put together at your property to ensure no damage to walls,
   gardens or windows. Please ensure that a space is cleared for the allocation of the goods prior to the delivery
   service arriving.

4. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required upon acceptance of our quote. Payment must be received in full on
   or before the delivery date.

5. Picnic will not entertain  refunds or exchanges.

6. Please note that actual colours may vary from screen to screen. You are most welcome to contact us
   regarding information on colours.
